Reach Your Peak in Health Fitness

What’s the real reason why your fitness training isn’t producing peak health fitness?

What do these lack of results really mean to you?

What can you immediately do to make sure sure you’re never faced with another confidence crushing experience again?

Firstly, do you understand why you do what you do?

By the way, that isn’t a trick question…

Here’s the deal. There are two types of fitness training.

The obssession based fitness trainer and the mission based fitness trainer.

Both can be ambitious, hard working and make a lot of progress.

However, the obsession based fitness trainer doesn’t look much beyond the superficial.

Through his obsession he’ll leave his values behind, neglect friends and family, take shortcuts to achieve his goals…

Which in actuality are someone else’s goals and values that he’s adopted and will ultimately burn out or become bored or even totally exhausted.

Are you obession or a mission based fitness trainer?

Yeah, so you get obsessed with training from time to time…

Typically it won’t take long for you to realize you’re steering off course and you kinda refocus on your fitness  mission and keep on keeping on.

Next question you’ll want to ask is how do you become a mission based fitness trainer?

Fitness boils down to three words:

  1. Passion
  2. Purpose
  3. Expectations

At the most basic level you can get a good example of a purpose and passion driven person by looking at an Olympic level athletes.

Take Michael Phelps for example…

What greater purpose could the guy have other than representing his country in the world Olympic games?

And clearly he is passionate about swimming. You don’t train the way he does your entire life because there’s money to be made in swimming.

Grab a pen and paper and write out the following three questions and answer them (more detailed your answer the more likely you’ll fulfill your mission):

  1. What is my big purpose for my fitness?
  2. What am I most passionate about in my fitness?
  3. What do I expect from my fitness training?

Your answers to the above three questions defines you’re fitness mission and that’s your true goal.

Okay, I want to share with you my secret system to make sure you achieve every goal you set out to do 100% of the time.

Now is the best time to re-set your own goals.

The truth is I don’t personally set goals because they just don’t work for me.

Instead I do something a little different everyday.

We all have goals, right?

Some are personal, others are health fitness or both.

Whatever your goals, wouldn’t it be great to achieve them all of the time?

Over the last several years I’ve discovered a secret process that practically assures success in every single one of my goals.

It’s really a simple process, but super effective!

Simply pull out your spiral notebook and flip to a new page.

At the top of the page write today’s date…as you begin numbering your goals down the left hand side.

The goal you want to achieve is written on this sheet of paper.

Nothing impressive or ground breaking so far, right?

Here’s where the “secret process” comes into play.

To the right hand side of this goal you write a date, a deadline actually.

This deadline is realistic and achievable and therefore written in stone. But that’s just the first part of the “secret process.”

The second part of the secret is you will now share your goals and deadlines with close family and friends.

Now you’re “under the gun” so to speak.

Talk about being held accountable, right?

Having a goal is not enough because that’s way too general.

You need to be specific with what you want and exactly when you plan to achieve it. Otherwise it’s way too easy to quit or procrastinate.

Now add the fact you’re going to share your goal and deadline with others.

This only makes you more accountable and focused on achieving your goal.

Three simple steps formula:

1. Write it down (be specific)
2. Have a deadline written in stone (avoid procrastination)
3. Tell others (put yourself under the gun)

I have to confess…this secret process is really simple.

It’s a process that has been used by many of the biggest achievers of our time to produce massive success.

In fact, it’s produced massive results for me year after year and it can do the same for you too if you apply action to your goal.
