What’s the difference between functional strength, training strength and fitness strength?
This blog post will be short, sweet and to the point.
Allow me to explain…
Workout routines, workout programs, home workout or whatever fits you.
There are a few basic fitness, health and energy diet strategies that will work wonders for you!
Learn the rules and use them to get ahead.
There are three essential elements of a well-balanced fitness system:
- Strength training
- Cardio training
- Nutrition
Now for strength, you’d be wise to do strength exercises or compound muscle exercises…
For example:
Multi-joint and multi-muscle groups.
This involves or allows you to engage as many muscles as possible.
Yes, including a core exercise for good measure…
Here’s why…
Simply you want to increase your conditioning strength at the same time burn more calories and more fat effectively and faster.
And you’re also increasing core strength so even if you do a strength exercise or focus primarily on your abs, (abs workout) for six pack abs…
You still get abs with the fitness benefit of engaging other muscles for functional fitness increased efficiency.
Training Cardio:
Okay there’s a lot of misinformation and confusion about cardio training.
You want to do high intensity interval training to keep the fat burning long after your workout is over.
If you want to get ongoing benefits of ”burning the fat” don’t do low to moderate intensity aerobic type cardio.
You don’t need to be jogging or using a treadmill.
Don’t worry, I’ll get into a bit more detail concerning strength and cardio training in a minute…
You see, there’s one more crucial element of any fitness program.
Yes, it’s all about nutrition:
You can’t strength train with a poor diet and it’s true.
If your diet is unhealthy, all the strength exercise in the world won’t make up for it, especially if you’re wanting 6 pack abs.
Let me ask you a question…
If you could make a simple dietary change and get phenomenal results would that be of benefit to you?
Which foods explode your energy levels and make you feel incredible? I’m talking about getting ripped without the years of research or trial and error.
Just using basic food groups and common sense strength training to tweak and fine-tune.
Would you want to take advantage of a proven, highly time efficient and extremely effective strength training and cardio training systems?
Now let’s fill in the final piece of the puzzle!
Nutrition is the game changer because there is a proper way for you to eat for maximum health and effortless weight control…
While developing phenomenal core strength, energy and focus for functional strength.
Keep reading and you’ll discover the truth, and it completely flies in the face of years of commonly accepted knowledge.
What is proper nutrition?
It’s obviously not for the masses in general and athletes in particular.
Want to know what works and what has solid science and real world results to back it up?
In general, it’s far too broad of a topic to go into complete detail in this basic
blog post.
However, it’s the reason why you’ll get a vast improvement not only in your muscle definition (ripped and shredded)…
Also in terms of your strength to bodyweight ratio this will also improve significantly when you make the proper dietary change.
